Berlin, March 31, 2022 (AFP) — Four German women who had joined the Islamic State (IS) group were arrested in Frankfurt, the federal prosecutor's office announced on Thursday the day after a repatriation operation of 10 women and 27 children detained in a Kurdish camp in northeast Syria.
