The National Council of Ayllus and Markas of Qullasuyu "CONAMAQ" consolidated organizationally and politically, as the highest instance of representation of the Nationalities and Indigenous Peoples of the highlands of Bolivia, with the capacity to transform the current Uninational State, by another Plurinational State that assume the good life (sumaj qamaña or allin kausay), subject to the cosmic vision of Ayllu.
