We are a non-profit civil association that was established in June 1989. Tomás Palau was one of its founders and dedicated himself to strengthening our institution until his death in 2012. We are an autonomous study center dedicated to research in the field of social sciences and dissemination of knowledge about the Paraguayan reality and training.
