The objective of the IFAD Indigenous Peoples Assistance Facility (IPAF) is to strengthen indigenous peoples’ communities and their organizations by financing small projects that foster their self-driven development in the framework of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and to generate lessons learned and approaches for replication and up-scaling. This report provides an overview of the performance of 31 IPAF-funded projects financed through the 2011 IPAF cycle and completed before October 2014. For methodological guidance, this report uses IFAD’S Result Measurement Framework (RMF), adapted to the specificities of indigenous peoples.
