In its work, FILAC supports the self-development processes of indigenous peoples, communities and organizations in the region, and promotes Good Living-Living Well as an alternative to guarantee environmental sustainability, respect for fundamental human rights, and the dialogue between the main actors of indigenous development: Indigenous Peoples, governments, civil society, academia, businessmen and others.
