OZIP


The Putumayo Zonal Indigenous Organization OZIP, made up of representatives of the indigenous peoples, was created and has been operating since 1986. It is the institution that represents the interests and requirements of the indigenous peoples and their affiliated communities, which are settled in the municipalities : Mocoa, Puerto Guzmán, Villagarzón, Puerto Caicedo, Puerto Asís, Orito and Puerto Leguizamo, Sibundoy, Santiago, San Francisco, San Miguel and Valle del Guamuez.
