Supporting new city communities in Ethiopia - Arthur Waser Foundation
The 'Model Town' Buranest is located on the Shene River, around 80 km north-east of the regional capital Bahir Dar. On the initiative of the regional authorities, a model of an agricultural town has been under construction here since 2010.
