SAFIHRO is an indigenous and Human Rights, Community and Skills development, Paralegal Services and Judicial Council organisation. SAFIHRO has been founded by a descendant of the Griqua people, Barend Christoffel van Wyk for the promotion and protection of Khoe San Peoples' (indigenous brown peoples) rights based on the principles, standards and mechanisms of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples'.
