The main goal of the IPO "Lyoravetlian" is to improve the capabilities of the communities of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East for fuller equal participation in the multinational society of the Russian Federation and reduce discrimination at all levels, as well as to create a mechanism that allows communities and settlements of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East, however distant and however isolated they may be, to speak to the outside world and to each other in their own voice.
