We were born in the departmental capital of Ocotepeque on January 12, 2011, Founded at the initiative of Mr. Hugo Salvador Cristales Hernández and the Mercantile Expert Eva Chacón Chacón.
We are a voluntary non-profit organization whose purpose is to bring together all people with disabilities at the department level and fight for equality and full participation of people with disabilities.
